Chris graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a B.S. in Accounting. He joined Kreischer Miller after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Liquent, Inc. (NASD: LQNT), one of the largest publicly traded software firms in the Greater Philadelphia area. In this role, Chris was responsible for all aspects of corporate finance, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Liquent, Chris served as the Vice President of Finance for Luminant Worldwide Corporation (NASD: LUMT) where played a leadership role from the company’s inception through its initial public offering. Additionally, Chris previously served as Controller of Miller/Davis Co., a multi-billion dollar real estate investment company. In addition to his industry experience, Chris spent six years in the assurance department of KPMG’s Philadelphia and Denver offices, serving as a Senior Manager working with clients in the real estate, construction, investment management, venture capital, and technology industries.

He is licensed as a CPA in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, Chris currently serves as a board member and audit committee chairman of Covalent Group, Inc. (NASD: CVGR), a publicly held clinical research organization.
