Areas of Specialization
Liz leads Kreischer Miller’s Director of Research and Development function, which helps identify and create efficiencies in the audit, tax, and advisory practices by exploring the latest technological developments in the workplace and applying them to our client engagements. This includes researching new software and leading the implementation and rollout of new technologies.
In addition, Liz is responsible for streamlining, standardizing, and maintaining several of the firm’s internal processes, including automation of the firm’s quality control and financial statement processes, invoicing, and analysis of internal firm analytics. Liz uses her extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, and other applications and computer languages when developing these processes.
Liz also leads the Audit & Accounting Internal Technology Committee and is a member of the Tax Strategies Innovation Committee. She plays a key role in staff development and training at Kreischer Miller, including instructing on technical skills, best practices, and project management. She has also conducted external Excel training classes for both the PICPA and on college campuses.
In her previous role at Kreisher Miller, Liz was an Audit Manager and a member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plans group.
