Dear Clients and Friends,
Kreischer Miller's Construction Industry Group is proud to support the 27th Annual Women in Construction Week (WIC Week). WIC Week was started by The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and takes place each year during the first full week of March.
WIC Week celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. This year's theme, "Together we Rise," celebrates the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry.
Throughout WIC Week, we interviewed Kimura Anderson, Director of Human Resources, Clemens Construction and President of the NAWIC Philadelphia Chapter, as well as a few of Kreischer Miller's female team members who specialize in the construction industry. They shared their experiences, including what initially drew them to the industry; what tools and resources have been useful to their career development; and how they have and will continue to build meaningful relationships in the industry.
