Our Technology Solutions Group (TSG), in particular, exemplifies this commitment in several ways. The TSG helps middle market organizations increase their competitive advantage by offering IT planning, enterprise resource planning (ERP) advisory, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) implementations, and cyber and information security risk assessments. Sassan Hejazi, Director-in-Charge of the group, describes his team as “tech savvy, eager learners, collaborative, and client-service focused.” This tight knit, cross functional team is comprised of team members who help one another learn and grow so that they can provide the best service possible to their clients. Together, the group practices ongoing educational development and has frequent internal trainings to ensure they know the ins and outs of the latest technologies and capabilities. In addition, they have monthly lunches as a team, not only to catch up and enjoy a delicious meal, but also to discuss the various practice development areas they are focusing on.
The TSG also embodies excellent communication skills, which allows team members work together efficiently. They make sure their priorities are aligned so they can focus on urgent matters while also completing standard client work in a timely fashion. Team members continually update each other on different projects they’re working on, their workflow statuses, and their availability to ensure that no one is feeling overwhelmed and that all client needs are addressed. This constant communication allows the team to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which they understand is key to long-term success!
