HORSHAM, PA, February 5, 2024 —Kreischer Miller, a leading independent advisory, audit and accounting, and tax firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced that it promoted five team members to Manager – Mary Pat Conville, Meghan DiDonato, Tiffany Eichhorn, Melissa Kramer, and MaKayla Hancock.

Mary Pat Conville is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Employee Benefit Plans group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2012 upon graduation from La Salle University, where she received an M.B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Secondary Education and Mathematics. She also earned a certification in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a Manager in the Employee Benefit Plans group, Mary Pat works with all types of retirement plans, including defined contribution profit sharing plans, 403(b) plans, defined benefit plans, and multi-employer plans. Her clients range from small single employer plans to large corporations with multiple billions worth of net assets. Mary Pat also works closely with clients to educate, identify, and assist in resolving testing area issues. In addition to educating clients, Mary Pat leads Kreischer Miller’s internal staff and senior trainings, specifically for the employee benefit plan group.

Meghan DiDonato is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Investment Industry Group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2011. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Meghan worked for a local CPA firm in its Investment Management Group. Meghan received an M.B.A. in Accounting from La Salle University and a B.S. in Financial Services from Penn State. As a Manager in the Investment Industry Group, Meghan provides audit and accounting, business advisory, and internal control services to a variety of businesses, including investment funds, broker-dealers, and asset managers. She serves clients who manage a wide range of asset classes including equity, traditional fixed income, private placements, private equity, and real estate with various investment structures. In addition, Meghan provides consulting services, including fee recalculation services and operational due diligence, for traditional and alternative investments. She also specializes in performing verifications and composite examinations of investment firms claiming compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards.

Tiffany Eichhorn is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2018 upon graduation from West Chester University, where she earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. As a Manager in the Tax Strategies group, Tiffany provides tax services and strategies to privately-held companies in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services industries. She is experienced in tax planning, tax research, and tax compliance for pass-through entities, corporations, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. Tiffany is also an active member of the firm’s Construction Industry Group, where she writes tax-based articles and assists in client presentations on topics relating to the construction industry. Tiffany is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association of Philadelphia and is a recipient of the association’s Leadership Acceleration Program. She is also a member of the Power of Professional Women Network.

MaKayla Hancock is Kreischer Miller’s Talent Acquisition Manager. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2021. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, MaKayla was Head Field Hockey Coach at La Salle University where her responsibilities included recruiting and managing student-athletes as well as hiring and managing assistant coaches and support staff. MaKayla received an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from La Salle University, an M.Ed. in Counseling and Mental Health from Providence College, and a B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration from Bryant University. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, MaKayla plays a key role in ensuring Kreischer Miller is the employer of choice for prospective employees. Her primary focus is on developing relationships with students studying accounting, finance, and related business majors at local colleges and universities and she is the face of Kreischer Miller on college campuses and at local high schools. She assesses candidates and interviews them for externship programs, internship opportunities, and employment upon graduation. MaKayla is a member of Kreischer Miller’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council as well as its women’s network, RISE. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Power of Professional Women Network, and the National Association of Black Accountants. She also serves as an adjunct professor for La Salle University’s Business school.

Melissa Kramer is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2014 upon graduation from West Chester University, where she received her B.S. in Accounting and Finance. As a Manager in the Tax Strategies group, Melissa provides tax services and strategies to numerous companies in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, and professional services industries. She is experienced in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research for multi-state companies, corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
