This marks the seventh time the firm has been named a Top Workplace in Philadelphia and the fourth time it has ranked the #1 mid-size employer. It also topped the list in 2023, 2021, and 2019.
The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.
Kreischer Miller is one of only 152 companies in the Greater Philadelphia region to be named to the list. The firm achieved a 90 percent Workplace Experience Score – a metric Energage uses to represent the overall health of an organization’s workplace culture – and it outscored similar accounting firms in its benchmark group by six points.
The firm also scored in the top five percent among all accounting firms in the benchmark group for the following cultural elements:
