HORSHAM, PA, September 22, 2020 — Kreischer Miller, a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, is pleased to announce that Shannon Sabourin and Moustapha Toure were named Young Leader Award recipients for 2020 by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
The PICPA’s Young Leader Awards annually recognize members under the age of 40 who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to the accounting profession through active PICPA or community volunteer leadership. They are considered to be representative of the future of the accounting profession and the PICPA.
Shannon Sabourin is a senior accountant in Kreischer Miller’s Entrepreneurial Services group, where she works with privately-held companies – many of which are family-owned – to provide integrated accounting, tax, and business advisory services. Shannon is also a member of PICPA’s Executive Committee.
Moustapha Toure is a senior accountant in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group, where he provides a variety of tax services including tax compliance and tax planning for corporations, multi-state companies, and partnerships. Moustapha is also a member of PICPA’s Education Committee.
The Young Leader Award recipients were honored September 17 at PICPA’s annual Leadership Conference – held online this year – and recognized in the Fall issue of the Pennsylvania CPA Journal.
