Allison is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Tax Strategies group and offers more than 30 years of experience in all phases of client service. She provides domestic and international tax planning and compliance services to companies in a number of industries including financial, manufacturingdistributionmedia, and professional services. Allison also has significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, charitable trusts, investment companies, and pass-through entities on various transactions that may impact tax planning. She has assisted her clients with the required tax filings and reporting required by certain business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and IRS examinations.

As a member of the firm’s Investment Industry Group, Allison assists in the development and instruction of both in-house professional trainings and external seminars.

Background

Allison joined Kreischer Miller in 2004. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Allison was involved in organizing a start-up multi-family business office. Allison also previously served as the Director of Tax Compliance Services at KPMG, leading a group of individuals servicing clients across various industries. Prior to this, Allison was a Senior Manager in the Personal Financial Planning Group.
