Ed is a Manager in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group. Ed has a wide range of experience providing audit, accounting, and advisory services and specializes in delivering such services to privately-held businesses in the media, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services industries. Ed also specializes in audits of employee benefit plans including 401(k) and pension plans and is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan specialty services group.

Ed specializes in providing attest services and manages all aspects of the engagement from planning through delivery. He has extensive experience assisting clients with technical matters, assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, and providing recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing risk.

Background

Ed joined Kreischer Miller in 2021. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Ed was a Senior Manager at Mazars USA LLP in Fort Washington, PA where his responsibilities included overseeing the timely completion of audits of privately-held businesses and employee benefit plans. He also is experienced in coordinating the group audit requirements for U.S. subsidiary companies reporting to their parent company overseas. Additionally, Ed was involved in teaching continuing professional education within the firm’s employee benefit plan practice and other various specialty areas.
