Areas of Specialization

Gina is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. She has extensive experience in the investment industry, including providing traditional audit and attestation services to investment managers and closely-held funds. Gina serves clients who manage a wide range of asset classes including equity, traditional fixed income, private equity, private placement, and real estate with various investment structures including traditional funds, fund of funds, and master-feeders.  

Gina also performs operational due diligence throughout the United States to help investors understand the operational risk inherent in their investment managers’ operations as well as custody examinations in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 206(4)-2.

Background

Gina joined Kreischer Miller in 2021. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Gina was a Senior Associate in the Asset Management Practice at KPMG, LLP in Philadelphia, where her responsibilities included performing audits under firm and professional standards for private equity firms, public mutual funds, and not-for-profit entities.
