Karen has over 15 years of experience providing tax strategies and services to privately held businesses and their owners. These services include federal and state tax compliance, planning, and consulting to corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. Karen has assisted clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, real estate, distribution, and professional services.

Background

Karen originally joined Kreischer Miller in 2007. She left for a tax manager role at DunlapSLK, P.C. in Chalfont, PA for seven years before returning to Kreischer Miller in 2022. As a tax manager at DunlapSLK, P.C., she acted as a primary tax resource for the firm. Her responsibilities included extensive federal and state tax research, review of the firm’s largest business tax returns, training the firm on new tax legislation, and presenting webinars to the firm on various tax topics. She also assisted in IRS and state tax audits.
