This rapidly-growing service offering relieves businesses of the burden of recruiting and retaining accounting department staff with the necessary skills to effectively process transactions, provide safeguards over assets, deliver readily available financial information, and offer feedback on matters impacting the business.
With a robust background spanning over two decades at the firm, Lisa specializes in providing outsourced accounting and advisory services to a diverse clientele, including e-commerce retailers, real estate developers, & investors, professional services organizations, distributors, and more. Her expertise extends to onboarding new outsourced accounting clients and implementing cutting-edge technologies so her team can better serve their clients.
In 2023, Lisa showcased her leadership by spearheading training sessions on onboarding new clients at the BDO Alliance CAAS Summit. Her efforts were recognized again in 2024 when she participated as a panelist at the BDO Alliance Conference, contributing valuable insights to industry peers.
Lisa's influence extends beyond her immediate role. She serves as a member of Woodard's Large Firm Training Steering Committee, where she contributes to enhancing training programs in the industry as well as networking with industry leaders.
Background
Lisa's journey at Kreischer Miller began in 2002, initially joining the Audit & Accounting group before transitioning to the Small Business Advisory Group. In 2019, Lisa became one of the founding members of the Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services group. This new service line gave her the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide information and guidance that they can rely upon.
