Mary-Ann is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Tax Strategies group. Mary-Ann has experience providing tax planning and compliance services to a variety of privately-held businesses, including manufacturers and distributors. She also advises businesses and individuals on various transactions, represents clients undergoing federal and state audits, and consults on the design of long-term incentives.
Mary-Ann assists with the development and instruction of in-house professional trainings and external presentations on various tax topics.
Background
Mary-Ann joined Kreischer Miller in 1999. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Mary-Ann was a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in the Philadelphia office, where her responsibilities included overseeing the local office’s Form 5500 compliance practice and designing executive compensation programs, including cash and equity incentive plans and various nonqualified deferred compensation plans. She was also a Senior Manager on the Exams Team of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants where she oversaw the Regulation Section of the Exam.
