Shazia is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Tax Strategies group. Shazia provides tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, their families and closely held businesses. She also assists clients with their federal and state income tax compliance and tax planning needs, working closely with clients throughout the year on tax strategies and quarterly projections. Throughout her career, Shazia has contributed to numerous tax, charitable, and wealth transfer strategies. Her practice areas include individual tax, trust and fiduciary tax, and federal and multi-state income tax compliance.

Background

Shazia joined Kreischer Miller in 2023. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Shazia was a Principal at Marcum LLP in Philadelphia where her responsibilities included advising high-net worth individuals and their closely held businesses. She also worked as an auditor at EY in Philadelphia, where she provided auditing services to a real estate investment trust (REIT). Additionally, she spent time in industry as an entrepreneur.

Throughout her career, Shazia has been actively involved in firm recruiting, business development, and mentoring programs.
