Stephanie is a Resource Planning Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Internal Operations group. She primarily focuses on staff development by pairing team members with clients in a strategic manner that cultivates strong relationships and fosters growth.

Stephanie collaborates with management to build a strategic framework to address the “how” behind the way the firm works with clients and to optimize the client service delivery process. She handles all aspects of the staff cycle including staffing, utilization, forecasting and workforce planning, leverage, and overall staff development for the firm’s audit, tax, and advisory lines of business. 

Background

Stephanie joined Kreischer Miller in 2024. She has been working in the Resource Management space for more than 10 years at both regional and national accounting firms, supporting over 200 professionals on a daily basis. Prior to Resource Management, Stephanie was a Tax Manager for 11 years at both regional and national accounting firms, working mostly in the middle market sector. This blend of experience has been invaluable. Stephanie has also been very involved in staff development, including creating and leading training sessions for both Resource Management and Tax Professionals.
