Vinita is a Manager in Kreischer Miller's Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services (OAFS) Group. The OAFS practice provides robust, flexible accounting and tax services for small to mid-size privately-held businesses. Vinita and her team work with companies that choose not to have a full-time controller or accounting department onsite and take on the responsibility of effectively processing transactions, providing safeguards over assets, delivering readily available financial information, and offering feedback on matters impacting the business.

In addition to the above, Vinita provides advisory services including financial forecasting and budgeting to a variety of clients ranging from smaller owner-managed businesses to larger multi-entity corporations and high-net-worth individuals.

Vinita is also a member of Kreischer Miller’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council, whose mission is to foster a workplace culture of belonging and create awareness so the firm is welcoming and inclusive of all cultures and backgrounds.

Background

Vinita joined Kreischer Miller in 2018. She has worked in the accounting profession for almost 30 years both in the USA and internationally, having spent 10 years with PwC (UK) working with small businesses and tax compliance services.

Along with traditional audit services, Vinita’s business advisory services have included assisting start-up businesses establish their accounting functions, as well as providing guidance on the implementation and monitoring of internal controls. She has also worked in the private sector within a range of industries as a financial consultant.
